The core business of our company is Inspection Reports, we believe that the consumer desires a thorough independent report unpredjudiced and objective. Our purpose is to give you an open apraisal, Timber Pest Management treats termite infestations, but not before we ask you to get several quotes. We probably won't be the cheapest, but we do aim to be the best!

Termites are the cause of the greatest economic losses of timber in service in Australia and are a significant factor in the degrade of logs growing in forest areas.

Most termites are grass feeders or feed on decayed wood in or on the ground and are important converters of fallen trees to organic matter. Some of these non-pest termites species occur in the same area as the pest species; and it is therefore important, before applying costly soil-barrier treatments to existing buildings, that the species be identified and its habits known.

There are instances when species of the family Kalotermitidae have been found in trees and have not been identified correctly, where profit oriented companies recommend costly soil barrier treatments to be applied incorrectly, these termites are not subterranean and do not attack houses or buildings, such expenditure has been unwarranted. The careful and meaningful and unbiased inspection report can not be overemphasized, as it can save you thousands of dollars.

We will not recommend treatment if it is not warranted we will give you an honest opinion. A typical report for a pest inspection will consist of 10 to 12 pages with photographs and meaningful recommendations. The cost for a three bedroom low set home is around $240.00 inc GST.
